don't worry about the estate as i may have plans for her allegro estate 4x4 anyone as the body is to rotton to repair i had a thought last night what i could do with it, maybe rebuild it but it not worth the money or turn it into something that is interesting using a land rover 80in chassis or a suzuki 4x4 as they both 80in and the allegro is only 82in wheelbase, so it is possible. when i have time to build this interesting machine it would look something like this at least it saved then

Beats a streetwise in my book, pretty good looking. The one my mate and I have been tempted by is a Classic Saab 900 onto a Range Rover chassis. Both have 100" wheelbase. Might also cut the back down on the Saab body following the line of the rear wings, insert a bulkhead and make it into a pick up. Someone here with a bit of skill in the artwork department (I have none) might be able to mock it up to convince my mate it'll work.
